1. What this site is

This is an independent information website about Pipers Cove Resort, in Runaway Bay, Saint Ann, Jamaica. We are not the hotel, we do not manage it and we are not part of its staff. We take part in the Booking.com affiliate programme and may earn a commission on bookings made through our links, at no extra cost to the guest.

2. Use of the site

You agree to:

  • Use this site only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
  • Not reproduce, distribute or modify its content without prior authorisation.
  • Not take any action that could harm how the site works.

3. Bookings and payments

Bookings are not processed on this site: clicking a booking link takes you to Booking.com, and from there their terms, prices and cancellation policy apply. We do not take payments, do not issue receipts and have no access to your booking.

4. Prices and availability

Prices shown on this site are references taken from Booking.com at the time each page was written and may have changed since. The price that counts is always the one Booking.com shows at the moment you book.

5. Accuracy of the information

We take care to keep the information about the hotel, its facilities and the area correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or that nothing has changed since our last review. If in doubt, the official hotel listing on Booking.com is the source that prevails.

6. Intellectual property

The texts and design of this site are our own work. Photographs, review scores and guest comments belong to Booking.com or their respective owners and are shown under the affiliate programme. Reproducing the site in whole or in part without express written permission is not allowed.

7. Third-party links

This site contains links to and embedded content from third parties (Booking.com, Viator, Google, GTranslate). They are offered for your convenience and we are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the information published here, nor for any issue with a booking, a stay or the hotel’s services, which are the responsibility of the hotel and of Booking.com.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Jamaica.
